文章为提高聚丙烯(Polypropylene,PP)的极性,用甲基丙烯酸乙酯(ethyl methacrylate,EMA)对其进行固相接枝,为提高蒙脱土(Montmorillonite,MMT)的亲油性和有机物相容性,用十六烷基三甲基溴化铵改性经钠化的蒙脱土(Montmorillonitemodified by the cetyltrimethylammonium bromide,CMMT),然后用不同的加工方法制得PP/PP-g-EMA/CMMT纳米复合材料。经万能试验机、冲击试验机、XRD和DSC的表征。结果表明,三种熔融插层加工方法均能使聚丙烯大分子不同程度地插入蒙脱土层中,使PP/PP-g-EMA/CMMT纳米复合材料的力学和结晶性能得到改善,其中,加工工艺3制得的复合材料比其他两种加工工艺更好。
Abstract:In the paper, the ethyl methacrylate(EMA) was used as the grafted monomer to improve the polarity of polypropylene by solid-phase grafting, and the sodiumized montmorillonite was modified by the cetyltrimethylammonium bromide(CMMT) to improve the lipophilicity of montmorillonite and increase the layer spacing. The PP/PP-g-EMA/CMMT nanocomposites were prepared by different processing methods. The PP/PP-g-EMA/CMMT nanocomposites and the PP were characterized by a universal testing machine, impact testing machine, XRD and DSC. The results show that the polypropylene macromolecules can be well inserted into the montmorillonite layer by the molten intercalation method, and the mechanical and crystallization properties of the PP/PP-g-EMA/CMMT nanocomposites are improved. Among them, the composite material prepared by the processing technology 3 is better than the other two processing methods.
